There is so much I want to improve on my forehand! I have made improvements in my timing with reaching the power position and elements of shoulders rotation
ReplyDeleteon closed stance balls I need to have a bigger step to transfer the weight foreward
my swing in general is too big and probably too much forearm involvement. My hands go really high I dont see any pros taking their hands and the racket that high.
on open stance balls I should step further back and have my hips more perpendicular almost to the camera.
On the ligher camera shots I tried to have more extension.
I feel really tight when im going 100% I need to losen out and extend more. When I do this I feel I have much more power and hand rotation but not as much control of the shot.
