This is your Forehands Brett. From the first shots weโve noticed how your right elbow was so tucked in to the body. Youโre improved that in less than 10 minutes and your shots at the end looked so much better. Great improvement!
01: First Forehand of the day:
The loading of the shoulders only got to 90 degrees to the net, almost perpendicular ๐ณ
Very Good wide open Stance ๐๐
Good grip ๐
Solid wrist at contact ๐๐
Late preparation on the bounce of the ball. ๐ฉ
Right elbow very low on the loading and turn of the shoulders ๐ฌ
Right elbow very low and extremely tucked into the body at contact and follow through which causes very limited extension on the follow through ๐คช
02;Second Forehand
Youโve improved your rotation! Your shoulders have turned more than perpendicular to the net!!๐๐
Although the ball didnโt go over the net you seem to have more acceleration through the ball ๐
Stance is ok, but bit close to the ball. ๐ซค
Left hand across is even closer to the body than on the first shot ๐
Much better shot overall! ๐
03: Third Forehand:
Pointing your index index finger on the grip ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซฃ
Less rotation than on the second shot โน๏ธ
Very late preparation on the bounce ๐คฏ
Left hand is more across the body ๐
Right elbow is a bit less tucked in to the body. ๐
Contact more in front of the body โบ๏ธ
Shot number 2 still the best one.
